TASK 1

Remove the retaining bolts from the Pump Valve Housing using Number 15 Wrench.

Remove the Pump Valve Housing assembly.
TASK 2

Inspect the top and bottom rotors for cracks and fouling.

Figure

Replace as appropriate using Maintenance Procedure JC0346.
TASK 3

Prior to re-installation of the Pump Valve Housing, Seal the gasket is with pump gasket sealant.
TASK 4

Reinstall the Pump Valve Housing.
TASK 5

Reinstall the Pump Valve retaining bolts using the Number 15 Wrench.

NOTE: Ensure that all bolts are tightened to 25nm.
TASK 6

Loosen the pump adjuster by .5 turn.
