Technical and marketing documents, presentations and 3D demonstrations, supplied as the content of this Demo CD.

Provider Release and Information

ParallelGraphics located at 110 Rock RoadBooterstown Co. Dublin Ireland hereafter referred to as "Provider", authorizes the user of this Demo CD (hereafter referred to as "Company") non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide use of the listed Properties that belong to Provider, when these Properties are used in connection with any Promotional Activities and within any Limitations listed below.

The Company may make reference to or copy the Properties, in whole or in part, and incorporate the Properties into any form of fixed media, as appropriate for the Promotional Activities, provided that the appropriate reference to the Provider is given.

The Company may combine the copies or partial copies of the Properties with material owned by the Company or third parties to create new material and content if appropriate for a specific type of Promotional Activity.

The Company may make as many copies as reasonably necessary to accomplish a Promotional Activity, including for distribution to third parties via any form of electronic or print media.

The Provider warrants that it has the authority to execute this release. The Provider acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company is not obligated to use or provide compensation for its use of the Properties;
The Company does not acquire an ownership interest in the Properties as a result of this Release;
The Company owns all copyrights to any photographs or video footage it takes, and to any of the derivative works the Company or its suppliers create as a result of this PMR.

Marketing and Promotional Activities

Marketing and Promotional Activities ("Promotional Activities") are defined as activities that market, promote, or provide education about the Company or its products and/or services which are related to Provider products and/or services. Promotional Activities include, but are not limited to, the following examples:

Internal presentations;
Case studies;
Sales and trade show presentations;
Speeches;
Annual reports;
Point-of-sale displays;
Demonstration programs.

Governing Law

This PMR will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
